Gidget Goes to Rome (1963)
Seventeen-year-old Francis remains infatuated with Moondoggy and convinces her parents to let them travel to Rome with two friends each. To comply with adult supervision requirements, they bring along Peter's quirky aunt. Once in the enchanting city, the alluring tour guide Daniela captures everyone's attention, leaving Gidget feeling envious. As tensions rise, Gidget finds herself exploring new romantic avenues, questioning her feelings and the dynamics of their group.
