Overview

Harmon, a skilled enforcer for the CIA and DEA, is on a mission to investigate Arab terrorists detained in Mexico. Alongside the alluring FBI agent Zara and drone pilot Sharp, he journeys to Istanbul where he uncovers a chilling conspiracy. Islamic extremists are scheming to exploit Sonora drug routes to smuggle lethal weapons and leaders into the United States.
