Overview

Ross McElwee's journey takes a dark turn following his marriage, as he faces a heartbreaking sequence of events: his grandmother passes away, his wife suffers a miscarriage, and just days later, his father dies. Overwhelmed by grief, McElwee finds himself in a deep melancholy. Seeking solace, he reconnects with Charlene, a dear friend and former high school poetry teacher.
