Hero and the Terror (1988)
Danny O'Brien returns to tackle the infamous Simon Moon, dubbed The Terror. Three years prior, O'Brien earned the title of Hero after successfully apprehending Moon. However, the villain has resurfaced, unleashing a wave of violence against women. As the body count rises, O'Brien finds himself as the sole hope for justice. With a personal vendetta and the weight of the city’s expectations on his shoulders, he must confront his past and put an end to The Terror’s reign of fear once and for all.
