Overview

Set in 1933 during the tumult of Prohibition, a small town grapples with lawlessness as citizens flock to illegal speakeasies. Jack Malone, a corrupt cop, exploits this chaos by extorting bootleggers for a 'luxury tax.' While raiding a new underground bar, Jack stumbles upon a vampire clan led by the ancient Chesterfield, who is determined to dominate the town. As bodies pile up and innocent lives hang in the balance, Jack reluctantly teams up with a busboy and an eccentric preacher to confront the vampire threat and protect their community from impending doom.
