That Darn Cat (1997)
Patti's mischievous cat, D.C., stumbles upon a distress signal from a kidnapped individual during his nocturnal adventures. Realizing the urgency, Patti seeks assistance from a dubious local police force, who are initially skeptical of her claims. As the clock ticks down, she must convince them to take action and rescue the victim before it's too late, all while D.C. leads the way through a series of comical and suspenseful encounters. With time running out, the unlikely duo of girl and cat becomes the key to solving the mystery.
