The Girl on the Bridge (1999)
On a moonlit Paris bridge, a distraught girl named Adele contemplates ending her pain by plunging into the Seine. Unexpectedly, she attracts the attention of Gabor, a skilled knife thrower searching for a volunteer for his act. With little hope left and nowhere else to turn, Adele decides to accompany him. Their journey takes them along the northern Mediterranean coast as they perform together, forging an unusual bond amidst the thrill and danger of Gabor's performances, while Adele seeks to find her own purpose in life.
