The Badge (2002)
A sheriff launches a probe into the murder of a local transgender individual, suspecting that prominent politicians might be implicated. Despite his own prejudices, the investigation alienates him from his peers, leaving him with no choice but to turn to the very community he previously scorned for assistance. As he delves deeper, he is challenged to confront his biases and reconsider his views on identity and acceptance.
