Overview

Convicted felon Jimmy secures early release after twelve years behind bars for armed robbery. Eager to make the most of his newfound freedom, he is determined to provide Annie, his childhood sweetheart who is battling terminal cancer, with a memorable final year. However, as he navigates the challenges of reintegrating into society, he quickly discovers that fulfilling his promise is far more complicated than he anticipated.
