Everything Must Disappear (1997)
Robert Millard has built a thriving industrial empire centered around noise technologies, largely due to his tumultuous marriage with the wealthy Irene. For years, he has indulged in infidelities, but his affair with his attractive secretary, Eve, proves to be his undoing. Irene, suspicious and cunning, hires a detective-photographer named M. Colle to capture incriminating evidence against him. Facing the threat of divorce and impending financial disaster, Robert is forced to confront his choices and make the painful decision to end his relationship with Eve to salvage his crumbling life.
