Overview

Michelle Fox, a sensationalist reporter, hosts the television show Weird World, which revolves around dubious stories of UFOs and extraterrestrials. When she learns about Cat, a young woman who claims she was abducted with her boyfriend and is now pregnant with an alien child, Michelle persuades her boss to send a crew to the isolated Welsh island of Scalled to interview her. She assembles a team including cameraman Ricky Anderson, sound technician, ufology expert Gavin Gorman, actress Candy Vixen, and an eccentric gay actor. After arriving at the island during low tide, they uncover evidence of alien landings, and Michelle seizes the opportunity to chase her dreams of fame and fortune.
