Overview

Kool, a talented artist and skilled karate practitioner, finds his life turned upside down when his girlfriend, LaShawna, a promising college student, witnesses a murder involving a police officer. Wrongfully accused, LaShawna is imprisoned by the notorious Ramparts Division. Desperate to clear her name, Kool seeks justice while Detective Tully, the case’s indifferent lead, exploits him to dismantle a criminal operation.
