Emad and Rana, a couple of theater artists, are compelled to leave their apartment when construction on a neighboring site becomes hazardous. They settle into a new flat in central Tehran, seeking a fresh start. However, their lives take a dark turn when an unsettling event related to the former tenant unfolds, forcing them to confront unexpected challenges.
