The Salesman (2016)

Overview

Emad and Rana, a couple of theater artists, are compelled to leave their apartment when construction on a neighboring site becomes hazardous. They settle into a new flat in central Tehran, seeking a fresh start. However, their lives take a dark turn when an unsettling event related to the former tenant unfolds, forcing them to confront unexpected challenges. As tensions rise, the couple's relationship is tested, revealing the fragility of their lives amidst the chaos surrounding them.
