Overview

Notorious serial killer Jack Frost meets an unexpected fate when a transport vehicle crashes into a chemical truck while en route to his execution. The bizarre accident transforms him into a snow-covered, malevolent mutant. Now freed, he descends upon the unsuspecting town of Snomonton, bringing a chilling wave of terror.
