Overview

In New York City, Captain Stanley White, a prejudiced cop, fixates on dismantling a Chinese-American drug operation led by the ambitious and merciless gangster, Joey Tai. As White conducts a rogue investigation, he becomes increasingly reckless, ignoring police protocol and employing brutal tactics. Despite the growing alarm from his wife, Connie, and his superiors, who urge him to reflect on the repercussions of his behavior, White spirals deeper into his obsession, determined to take down Tai at any cost.
