Overview

Kwaidan, drawing from traditional Japanese folklore, presents a haunting anthology of four ghostly tales. A destitute samurai’s pursuit of wealth through marriage leads to devastating consequences. During a fierce blizzard, Yuki the Snow Maiden rescues a lost man, yet his salvation carries a heavy price. Blind musician Hoichi finds himself performing for a spectral audience, while an author recounts a chilling encounter where a samurai glimpses a rival’s reflection in his teacup.
