Only the Strong (1993)
Louis Stevens, a former Green Beret, returns to Miami after his military service in Brazil, only to discover his old high school has fallen prey to gangs and drug trafficking. Utilizing his capoeira expertise, he swiftly drives out several dealers, catching the attention of his former teacher, Kerrigan. Recognizing Stevens' influence on the students, Kerrigan assigns him the responsibility of teaching capoeira to a group of troubled at-risk youths, hoping to inspire them and reclaim the school's spirit against the backdrop of violence and despair.
