Criminal Lovers (1999)
Alice and her boyfriend, Luc, succumb to a twisted impulse, committing murder and then disposing of the body in the woods. As they wander aimlessly, their situation mirrors that of Hansel and Gretel, leaving them desperate and hungry. Their luck seemingly changes when they stumble upon a decrepit cottage, but instead of refuge, they encounter a menacing figure who ensnares them. Trapped and vulnerable, Luc’s darker desires are exploited, plunging them deeper into a nightmare from which escape seems impossible.
