Retired Lieutenant Commander Quinton McHale enjoys a leisurely life in the Caribbean aboard the PT-73, selling homemade treats and cheeky calendars. However, his peaceful existence is disrupted when Major Vladikov, now a notorious terrorist, seizes control of San Moreno and begins constructing a nuclear launch facility. Rallying his former crew for help, McHale faces obstacles from Captain Wallace B. Binghampton, who has his own troubled past involving a sunken cruise liner. Together, they must thwart Vladikov's dangerous ambitions and restore peace to the island.
