Tim Madden’s morning takes a dark turn when he wakes up to a new tattoo, a bloodied car, and finds his girlfriend entangled with the town sheriff. Shockingly, he also discovers a severed head hidden in his stash of marijuana. Realizing he’s been framed, Tim embarks on a desperate quest for the truth. As he delves deeper into the investigation, he uncovers a sinister network of corruption lurking within the seemingly tranquil coastal town of Provincetown, forcing him to confront both personal and societal demons.
