Overview

Desperate for recognition, Prof Thomas Foolery enters a 1876 contest to create a steam-powered tree-cutting machine, only to realize he has unleashed a disaster. Faced with his father's pleas and the abandonment of his boyfriend, Foolery's world crumbles further when he finds his partner in a ravaged forest, struggling with addiction.
