Overview

Jesse, a petty crook, makes a desperate escape to Los Angeles to meet up with a French exchange student. In a reckless turn of events, he steals a vehicle and unintentionally takes the life of a highway patrol officer, quickly turning him into L.A.'s most sought-after criminal.
