Overview

After discovering she's lacking the funds for a down payment on her ideal condo, a marketing executive finds out that her great aunt has bequeathed her half of a cat café in upstate New York. Eager to sell her share before the holiday season, she encounters Dr. Ben Kane, the veterinarian who owns the other half, who is firmly against selling.
