Bringing Down the House (2003)
After his divorce, rigid lawyer Peter Sanderson seeks to re-enter the dating scene but struggles to find the right match. He turns to online dating and connects with a fellow attorney. However, when they meet, he is shocked to discover that his date is Charlene, an escaped African-American convict. Initially terrified, Peter is soon drawn into Charlene's plea for help in proving her innocence.
