Overview

Frank Bartlett has spent his life as the subject of his brother Bruce's cruel pranks, often captured on camera for all to see. With Bruce now clean and supposedly reformed, Frank hopes for a fresh start. However, old habits die hard, and Bruce's antics continue to wreak havoc in Frank's life. As chaos ensues once again, Frank must navigate the fallout of his brother's relentless mischief and find a way to reclaim his dignity amidst the embarrassment.
