Overview

Tom Hardy, raised in a law enforcement family, finds himself at odds with his uncle following his father's murder. Convinced that a fellow officer is the culprit, Tom publicly voices his suspicions. As a consequence, he is reassigned to patrol the waterways. Teaming up with new partner Jo Christman, the duo scours the three rivers for evidence and stumbles upon a series of female victims, all connected to Tom. Determined to uncover the truth, he races against time to identify the killer and clear his name.
