Overview

R.J. "Hurricane" Spencer, played by Terry "Hulk" Hogan, is a former Navy S.E.A.L. facing financial struggles with his beloved superboat, THUNDER. To keep his business afloat, he reluctantly enters a marriage of convenience with the high-maintenance Megan Whitaker. Trouble arises when Megan is kidnapped, leaving Spencer and his loyal partner, Bru, to embark on a thrilling rescue mission. With everything on the line, they must overcome obstacles and confront danger to save her and preserve Spencer's future.
