The Legend (1993)
The clandestine Red Lotus Flower Society seeks to topple the tyrannical Manchu Emperor and his corrupt officials. A Governor is dispatched to track down a list of the society's members. Amidst this turmoil, Fong Sai-Yuk, a skilled kung fu fighter from Canton, finds himself enchanted by the lovely daughter of a wealthy merchant. As romance blossoms, Fong becomes entangled in the society's dangerous mission, pitting his skills against the oppressive regime while navigating the complexities of love and loyalty.
