Overview

A determined young director dreams of crafting "the greatest color crime movie ever," but struggles to complete his script, having only a beginning and an end in mind. His landlord's enthusiastic daughter, eager to assist her new neighbor in achieving his cinematic vision, introduces him to an eccentric collaborator named "Dr. Jolly."
