The Royal Scoundrel

Overview

Beach Boy, a rebellious cop with unconventional methods, clashes with his rigid superiors who disapprove of his style. His partner, Mr. Chow, is more preoccupied with his numerous children than with their assignments. During what should have been a standard stakeout, the duo stumbles upon Ah Yuk, a beautiful girl from the Mainland who has suffered at the hands of her abusive uncle. Their chance encounter sets off a series of events that challenge both men to rise above their shortcomings and protect the innocent.
