The Machine (2013)
Amidst a tense second Cold War, Britain’s Ministry of Defense is desperate for a revolutionary weapon. Programmer Vincent McCarthy unwittingly creates a solution in the form of The Machine, an exceptionally powerful cyborg. However, a programming glitch leads to catastrophic destruction in his lab, prompting McCarthy to retreat into secrecy. Fueled by obsession, he continues his work away from prying eyes, determined to harness the potential of his creation while navigating the moral complexities it presents.
