Occupation (2021)

Overview

Following their premiere, a theatre troupe celebrates at a bar, but the festive atmosphere is disrupted by a boisterous Soviet officer who attempts to sell a can of petrol. Sensing the discomfort and underlying animosity among the patrons, he revels in their unease. As he brandishes his pistol, the tension escalates, transforming the once-ordinary gathering into a chaotic struggle for freedom. The patrons quickly shift from revelers to defiant fighters against the looming Russian occupation, igniting a fierce battle for their autonomy and dignity.
