Zula Hula (1937)
After a thunderstorm forces their plane down, Betty Boop and Grampy find themselves stranded on a tropical island. Grampy quickly sets to work, using his ingenuity to create homely comforts amidst their exotic surroundings. However, their peace is disrupted by the arrival of unfriendly, caricatured islanders, complicating their island adventure. The film blends humor and creativity, showcasing Grampy's resourcefulness while tackling themes of cultural clash in a lighthearted, albeit controversial, manner.
