Overview

Two Americans find themselves in Dakar, Senegal, with explosives attached to their bodies, counting down from ten hours. Under the direction of a menacing voice on the phone, they are forced to carry out a sequence of brutal assignments that incite a massive outcry against Western presence in the city.
