Sweet Micky for President (2015)
Music and politics intertwine as Pras Michel, the Fugees’ renowned member, returns to Haiti after the catastrophic 2010 earthquake. He teams up with controversial musician Michel Martelly, known as Sweet Micky, to launch a presidential campaign against a backdrop of corruption and civil unrest. Their inexperience is put to the test when Pras's former bandmate, Wyclef Jean, also enters the race, complicating their aspirations. However, with support from personalities like Ben Stiller and former President Bill Clinton, they persist in their quest to reshape Haiti’s political landscape and inspire hope for a brighter future.
