Subterfuge (1996)
Jonathan Slade, a former scuba diver turned laid-back beach dweller, is thrust back into the dangerous realm of international espionage. He must recover Black Boxes from an American jet that mysteriously crashed in the Black Sea. Teaming up with his tech-savvy younger brother, Slade heads to a resort on the Russian-Turkish border, where he unexpectedly partners with Alex, a stunning and capable secret agent. As they dive in pursuit of the wreckage, Slade and Alex realize they may be pawns in a larger game, manipulated by shadowy figures with questionable allegiance to American interests.
