Overview

Icy criminal Dave Purvis orchestrates an armored car heist in Los Angeles, but not before shooting Lt. Phillips during the chaos. With his cash-hungry mistress Yvonne in tow, Purvis believes he’s outsmarted the law as he eliminates his accomplices and attempts to flee the city. Unbeknownst to him, Lt. Cordell, Phillips' relentless partner, is onto Purvis and determined to bring him to justice. As the net tightens, a tense game of cat and mouse unfolds, revealing the lengths both men will go to secure their fates.
