Overview

A cosmic amoeba crash-lands off the North Carolina coast, mutating sea creatures into monstrous forms. A giant octopus, now crackling with electrical energy, emerges from the depths to terrorize a beachfront resort. Two elite government operatives are dispatched to contain the chaos before the creature's lethal shockwaves destroy everything in their path.
