Overview

Ex-gunfighter George and his wife, Dora, find themselves on the run after word spreads of his exceptional marksmanship. They seek refuge in a new town, but George’s drunken confession exposes his talent again. Though the townsfolk vow to protect his secret and encourage him to abandon his guns for good, a young boy inadvertently reveals the truth to a notorious gang. Their ruthless leader demands a showdown, threatening to set the town ablaze if George refuses to engage in a duel, forcing him to confront his past one last time.
