Overview

During a Fourth of July getaway, a group of six close friends unwittingly becomes pawns in a sinister plot orchestrated by a terrorist group. After consuming a bio-active drug, their vacation turns into a nightmare as they transform into ravenous, bloodthirsty cannibals. As the friends grapple with their horrifying new instincts, they must confront not only the threat from within but also the malevolent forces seeking to exploit their transformation. Survival becomes a desperate struggle against their own primal urges and the looming dangers surrounding them.
