The New Godfathers (1979)
Amidst the upheaval of the Iranian revolution, a shipment of heroin faces disruption. Undeterred, a coalition of crime families orchestrates a plan to transport the drugs to the United States via a group of naive local smugglers in Naples. Meanwhile, an international anti-narcotics agent races against time to dismantle their operation. As tensions rise, betrayals and shifting allegiances escalate, culminating in a violent showdown on American soil that tests loyalty and morality.
