Overview

A peaceful California town faces chaos when rowdy oil-field workers invade their community. Ben Arnold takes action by recruiting his brother Aaron, a Vietnam veteran, to form a team dedicated to restoring peace. Initially successful, the group’s newfound authority corrupts some members, leading to further turmoil.
