When the nefarious crime organization Thanatos devises a plot to seize global control with a magnetic wave generator that could immobilize all metal machinery, the British secret service faces a dilemma. With their top agent unavailable, they reluctantly recruit his civilian sibling, Neil, portrayed by Neil Connery. Although Neil is a renowned plastic surgeon, his talents as a hypnotist and lip-reader unexpectedly prove crucial in countering Thanatos's sinister plans.
