Overview

Harry Brock, a brash and boisterous junkyard magnate, arrives in Washington D.C. with ambitions of greasing political palms. Accompanying him is Billie Dawn, his former showgirl mistress, whose naiveté contrasts sharply with Harry's crass demeanor.
