Frontera (2014)
Miguel, a diligent father seeking work across the border, faces a harrowing nightmare when he is falsely charged with the murder of a former sheriff’s wife. His pregnant wife, desperate to help him, becomes a victim of corrupt coyotes who kidnap her for ransom. Meanwhile, the former sheriff, frustrated by the police's lack of progress, embarks on his own investigation into his wife’s death.
