On the Avenue (1937)
Broadway is buzzing as Gary Blake headlines a new show that mercilessly mocks the wealthy Carraway family. Determined to retaliate, daughter Mimi devises a plan to seduce Blake. However, her playful scheme quickly transforms into genuine romance, much to the chagrin of his co-star, the glamorous singer and dancer Mona Merrick. As tension rises backstage, the lines between love and rivalry blur, leading to unexpected consequences for everyone involved in the production.
