Overview

King of Mahjong explores the intense rivalry between Wong Tin Ba and Ah Fatt, which spans over a decade. Now a renowned mahjong champion, Wong returns to Ipoh years later to challenge Fatt in the World Mahjong Championship. However, Fatt, content with his simple life, initially rejects the challenge. Wong resorts to drastic measures, kidnapping Fatt’s wife, Ramona, to coerce him into competing.
