Chu Chu and the Philly Flash (1981)
Flash, once a promising baseball star, now finds himself peddling stolen watches due to his battle with alcoholism. His life takes an unexpected turn when he encounters Chu Chu, a former entertainer who, like him, has fallen on hard times and now performs for spare change on the streets. Their fortunes shift dramatically when they stumble upon a stash of stolen government documents that drop from the sky. Eager to do the right thing, they return the papers, but instead of a reward, they find themselves entangled in a web of chaos and danger.
