The Mirror (2021) (2021)
Jean returns to Belgium after five years of silence following his mother’s suicide, tasked with settling her estate. Among her possessions is an antique mirror, both valuable and deeply personal, which he is determined to reclaim. Complicating his mission are his mother’s much younger husband, Fabrice, and unresolved feelings about their fractured relationship. As Jean navigates this emotional landscape, he must confront his past and find closure, ultimately discovering what the mirror represents in his journey toward healing.
