Overview

Stephen Seary, a stage designer, heads back to Australia to see his ailing mother. What starts as a brief visit quickly spirals into a whirlwind of familial strife, unresolved issues, and romantic entanglements. As these complications unfold, Stephen finds his plans to return to Europe and the opera he has been preparing for hanging in the balance.
